I just had my debonding today and was a little nervous but Dr. Lauren and staff were so friendly and nice. I appreciate Dr. Lauren listening to my wants and needs when it came to how I wanted my teeth to look. She listened when I said no extractions and found another work around. She kept my smile natural looking when she smoothed and polished and I am extremely happy. If my children ever need treatment I will be coming to Dual Image.

Soy cliente actual. Hace poco me quitaron los frenillos..Muy buena atencion desde las recepsionistas hasta el personal interno. Son muy comprensivas. Tube una mala experiencia con los retenedores que me salieron flojos y la señorita q me atendio con el doctor fueron super comprensivos y arreglaron el problema y quede contenta con el resultado.... No me arrepiento haber invertido en este procedimiento y en este lugar. Ahora solo esperar la cita del mes para q me quiten los retenedores 24/7 y usarlos solo por las noches. Gracias a todos. Fue una muy linda experiencia.

Love this place! They are so professional, kind, and informative the entire way through treatments. Very understanding and enormous patience with kiddos that have quirks. Highly recommend. I’d give 20+stars if I could.

If I can recommend one place in Charlotte I’d highly recommend DUAL IMAGE DENISTRY!! They have the most professional staff!! The equipment they have here is top tier!!!! They’re pretty fast at every and anything they do!! I love this place. Unfortunately, I am parting ways for Ortho but I’ll remain a patient for Dental!!
